Greeting of the Day,Opening with DTDC Express Limited at Chennai location for Zonal Channel Manager.Role-The Zonal Channel Manager will lead Zones Channel Management Department in driving the business and service objectives of Zones Channel Partner Network. The individual playing this role will serve as a key member of the leadership team within Zone and will lead the development and implementation of new channel strategies consistent with the long-term business objectives of Zone. He/she will be responsible for maintaining and building strong, disciplined and quality branded Channel Partners across the Zone and will drive Channel Business Development in line with DTDC s Corporate Strategies with a focus on achieving the desired service levels from Channel Partners, across all Product groups.Responsibilities-To bridge between Channel partners and Company, Revenue Generations and Realization and Network Expansion, Business development and Handling smooth flow of Operations.Responsible for ROTN CHANNEL PARTNERS business growthAnd for appointing new CHANNEL PARTNERS in vacant area.Preparation of channel budget and its achievement Expansion of channel networkReceivable management Support and regular visit to the CP team in the regionDeveloping the Budget for Zonal Channel Sales and driving the sales & collection target achievements.Orient channel strategies and tactics towards differentiated value propositions commensurate with higher margins and better customer retention amongst channel partnersCoordinating with the Zonal Head of Operations to ensure 100% Service Level Compliance of Channel Partners for all products of DTDC following all the parameters of service expected from Channel PartnersDriving expansion of Zones Channel Network in line with business growth and service enhancement objectives with a clear focus on enhanced brand visibility.Implementing all company policies for the Channel Partner Network ensuring corporate compliances and driving corporate policies for the Channel Department.Developing a consistent and effective communication plan to keep the Channel Partners abreast of the latest developments and activities in the Network including the periodic roll-out of new policies and procedures.Creating win-win relationship with channel partners. Focus on maintaining close strategic association with key senior channel partners of zonal and regional significance.Planning and designing the training and development objectives of the Channel Team, the Channel Partners and their employees in conjunction with the Learning and Development DepartmentActively participate in the new product development process by discovering unmet market needs to create differentiated solutions which would help Channel Partners grow their businessCoordinating with all departments including IT, Accounts & Finance, and Operations as well as senior management resources, in order to meet channel partner performance objectives and channel partners business expectations.Periodic review of the Channel Team to measure the progress in meeting the objectives of business growth and service performance.Qualifications-Graduate/MBA from a Reputed Management Institute with a Specialization in Marketing or Business Development would be preferred.Experience-Minimum 8+ years experience in an organization with a large distribution footprint and channel lead business with at least 3 years of experience in a zonal leadership role in channel managementExperience in channel development and customer oriented, value creation modeling is relevant.
