Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager North, You will be responsible for-Creating and driving the sales strategy of the zone.Building and developing the go to market strategy while expanding distribution channels.Achieving business plan targets to increase the profitability & market shareWorking closely with the marketing team to ensure there are synergies between the two functionsBeing a part of cross functional and business activitiesAchieving other targets of business plan through pricing strategy & budget managementYou will be anMBA withat least 12 yearsof experience in sales and distributionwithin the alcohol industry. You should have a minimum of5 years of experience of working in the north region and have the experience of overhauling distribution networks. A person who has had theexposure of developing thego to market strategy will be preferred. You should haveexcellent interpersonal skills andstrong analytical skills. You must be driven by values and have the ability to facilitate organisation culture.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
