Requirements of the position10-15 years of work experience in Franchising/Concept selling & Business Development.Proven record of building and handling a Franchise network. Thorough Knowledge of the assigned territory/region.Good Communications skills. Very strong oral & written communication and Presentation skills.Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Negotiation skillsDetail-oriented and ability to organize. Problem solving, innovation skills and creativity are a must.Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office productivity software MBA in MarketingBasic Function The Zonal Manager will be a profit centre head, completely responsible for generating business from the assigned zone thru a franchisee network. He/She will have a team to create the Franchisee Network and achieve business targets thru effective management of these Franchisees. He will be responsible for the top line and the bottom line. He will be the P&L Head for the Zone.Essential Functions/Responsibilities (include but not limited to) Working with the Business Head in developing Franchising strategies and plans for Business. Executing the Franchising Plans. Achieving business through the Franchise Network. Formulating and implementing the marketing strategy for achieving business. Ensuring periodic channel feedback, and appropriate follow-up with marketing and/or product teams. Maintaining all documentation that pertains to the above responsibilities.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
