Zonal Sales HeadLocation Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai,Exp 12-15 Years, 7-10years in solar industryIndustry Solar & Renewable EnergyAnnual Package Up to 15 Lacs including 10% PLIReport to CEO.Job Summary & Purpose of the JobIncrease Sales also will be providing ammunition to the Sales team on ground to increase sales.Qualification- BE/ B.Tech, MBA/BBAResponsible for Channel Sales Job Specifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Prior sales & marketing experience in channel sales of Solar module, solar product, Inverter, Battery (except automotive battery)Entrusted with the responsibility of generating revenue for the company by selling solar products like solar module, solar inverters/UPS, Solar photovoltaic projects, LED lights, solar street lights and services Through Direct Sales, Project Sales, Corporate sales and Channel sales as per the geography and Market potential.Formulate sales plan and objectives allocating targetsDraft marketing support activity plan in a consultation of CEOConsolidate competitor activities and share with CEOBuildmarket position and potentialsolar business by locating, developing, defining,negotiating, and closing business relationships with Government, Corporate and Individual and Institutions for the company for Business relationships and Reporting directly to Directors.Assist and Report theManagement in all operational aspects of the designated Territory.AppointDealers in the Territory. Assist and trained them for deal closing.Prepare and deliver presentation and proposal to Customers.Focus mainly on building brands, making advertising more effective, and perhaps marketresearch.Visit the Direct clientsand Dealersand thereby negotiate and close the deal with them.Create and implement successful, targeted salesstrategies for ensuring the long-term financialviability of the organization goals.Responsibility & Accountability (Function & Duties to be performed by this position)Selling of Solar PV modules and products through dealer distributor network, product integrators.
