Job Details

1. Responsible to achieve business & Cross-sell targets in line with business objective & planned numbers of the zone.2. Responsible for entire region sales and distribution management of multiple products like Personal & Insurance.3. Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with teams, to ensure business objectives are executed as per plan.4. Ability to drive and influence key stakeholders & other functions to maximize the results & key deliverables5. Own the portfolio by keeping all metrics in line as per plan.6. Build an exceptional strong teams of professionals through continuous coaching.7. Ensuring individual/team meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, pitching, documentation and sales closure within TAT on daily basis.8. Deliver unique customer experience by disbursing the loans within the TAT.9. Ensure work hygiene and manage attrition, for the Zone.10. Maintain target IRR for Zone to ensure profitability.11. Effectively engage Regional Credit & Operations teams12. Ensure fast scale-up of teams as and when required.13. Actively participate in policy & strategy formulations from time to time.People management responsibilities1. Measure teams productivity and implement training measures to bridge the gap to achieve required productivity.2. Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction. 3. Manage large teams effectively Motivate & drive performance culture4. Ensure retention of talent & talent acquisition as per business requirements5. Ensuring that Goals, PMP discussions, Development Plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, skip level meetings, are done on time and in an effective manner.Basic qualificationsShould have 10-12 year of experience in lending products.Prior experience in a sales supervisory role is mandatory. Exposure to relevant markets will be and added advantage.Should have a MBA / Post Graduate DegreeShould have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company. Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills.Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills.Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter.
